ROBIX ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Robix Alternative Fuels Inc. has settled outstanding indebtedness of $510,000 through the issuance of 680,000 common shares of the corporation at a deemed price of 75 cents per common share. The common shares issued in connection with the debt settlement are subject to a four-month hold period that expires on Nov. 24, 2014.
