RADIENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. RELEASES SECOND QUARTER RESULTS

Radient Technologies Inc. has released its financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. The unaudited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and the chief executive officer and chief financial officer certifications for the three- and six-month periods ended Sept. 30, 2014, are available on SEDAR.

Current financial situation

The corporation is currently experiencing a significant cash shortage. The corporation urgently needs to secure additional financing arrangements to finance its current working capital deficit and to finance its continuing operations and corporate administration costs so as to continue as a going concern.
