The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a memorandum of understanding dated April 10, 2015, between Rogue Resources Inc. and the Flying Post First Nation and the Mattagami First Nation whereby the company will issue 100,000 common shares to each first nation in consideration of co-operation during exploration work on their traditional territory.
