ROSEHEARTY LOOKS TO EXIT RUSSIA

Rosehearty Energy Inc., due largely to the instability of the situation in Russia and surrounding areas, has been unable to finance its obligations in Russia, notwithstanding making exceptional efforts to find adequate financing. Further, the company does not believe that there is any imminent resolution to the conflicts within Ukraine and other neighbouring states.

Therefore, the board is currently contemplating exiting Russia through divestiture, and will be actively looking for new opportunities in the mineral field in North America. The company thanks its shareholders for their steadfast loyalty in this time of difficulty, and looks forward to new ways of creating shareholder value.
