CSE bulletin 2014-0722

Galahad Metals Inc. will change its name to Rosehearty Energy Inc., and complete a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one new share for 10 current shares. All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.

As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,622,288.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on July 31, 2014. Please note the symbol will remain the same.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, July 30, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
