REWARDSTREAM SOLUTIONS INC. RECEIVES UNANIMOUS SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL TO SELL REFERRAL AND REWARD BUSINESS

At the annual and special general meeting held on June 6, 2018, the shareholders of Rewardstream Solutions Inc. unanimously voted in favour of a special resolution, previously announced on May 8, 2018, to reorganize the business and sell the referral and reward business to Buyapowa Ltd. The company has also received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange in support of the reorganization and sale. Closing of the sale is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and is expected to occur in the near future.
