Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders Nov. 12, 2014, Rainbow Resources Inc. has consolidated its capital on a 1:10 basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014, the common shares of Braveheart Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Rainbow Resources will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.
