QSOLAR PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

QSolar Ltd. has provided a further corporate update, pursuant to its press release issued on Feb. 20, 2015, on its current business and status.

QSolar has not been able to secure or obtain the necessary financing commitments for the corporation to be able to continue to manage or now meet its current obligations and continue its operations. As such, the corporation has provided termination notices to all its employees and consultants in Shanghai and Canada and has now effectively discontinued operations.
