The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the amendment of the following convertible debentures and warrants. The amendment extends the maturity and expiry dates as follows.

Convertible debentures:  $530,000, convertible into common shares at five cents per common share until Oct. 25, 2016

Amended maturity date:  April 15, 2018

Original warrant terms:  10.6 million warrants exercisable at five cents per share until Oct. 25, 2016

Amended expiry date:  April 15, 2018

The convertible debentures were issued pursuant to a private placement which was originally accepted for filing by the exchange on Sept. 10, 2009, and amended Aug. 8, 2014, Sept. 15, 2015, Aug. 5, 2016, Sept. 8, 2016, and Oct. 11, 2016.
