PRESCIENT GRANTS FOURTH $500,000 CAD SECURED LOAN

Further to Prescient Mining Corp.'s news releases dated June 20, 2014, and June 23, 2014, the company has made an additional $500,000 secured loan pursuant to a loan and general security agreement with a corporation which is in the final stages of securing a licence with Health Canada to become a licensed producer (LP) under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).
