PETROSTAR AUDITOR RESIGNS, NEW AUDITOR APPOINTED

Petrostar Petroleum Corp. has received notice of the resignation of A Chan and Company LLP, as the company's auditor, effective immediately.

The board of directors of the company has determined to appoint Sam S. Mah Inc., Chartered Accountant, as the company's auditor in place of A Chan and Company LLP, and to propose Sam S. Mah Inc., Chartered Accountant, for appointment as the auditor of the company at its next annual general meeting.

The former auditor's resignation was mutually agreed upon by the company and the former auditor. The resignation of the former auditor and the appointment of the successor auditor have been approved by the company's board of directors.
