PURE ENERGY GRANTS OPTIONS

Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. has granted 200,000 incentive stock options with an exercise price of 71 cents per option to an officer under its existing stock option plan. The options are exercisable for a period of three years. The options will vest over a period of one year, with 25 per cent of the options vesting every four months following their issuance, with the first tranche vesting immediately.
