PETROBAKKEN CONFIRMS JULY DIVIDEND

PetroBakken Energy Ltd.'s cash dividend for the month of July will be paid on Aug. 15, 2012, to all PetroBakken shareholders of record on July 31, 2012. The July dividend will be eight cents per PetroBakken share. The ex dividend date is July 27, 2012.
