PARTNERS REIT TO ANNOUNCE SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON AUGUST 14

Partners Real Estate Investment Trust will release its financial results for the second quarter after the market close on Aug. 14, 2014.

A press release summarizing these results, as well as both financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the relevant periods, will be available on Partners' website and SEDAR.

Partners will also host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET on Aug. 15, 2014, at which time Partners' management will both review the financial results and discuss the REIT's strategic outlook.
