The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 17,345 shares at a deemed price of 28.826 cents, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the month of August, 2016, pursuant to an agreement dated Aug. 1, 2016.

Additionally, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 15,810 shares at a deemed price of 31.625 cents, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the month of September, 2016, pursuant to an agreement dated Aug. 1, 2016.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
