ORGANTO REVISES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Organto Foods Inc. has revised the terms of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to seven million common shares. The new price per share for the private placement is 30 cents per share, for total gross proceeds of up to $2.1-million. Finders' fees may be paid in connection with the private placement in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Organto intends to use the proceeds raised from the private placement to advance its planned growth into Argentina, expand its existing operations in Guatemala and for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to approval by the TSX-V.
