The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue one million shares at a deemed price of 20 cents per share, for total consideration of $200,000 to Primary Capital Inc., in conjunction with the terms of the financial advisory service agreement. As per the agreement, the shares are issued upon the issuance of certain research reports.
