NWT URANIUM CORP. EXERCISES WARRANTS FOR NWM MINING CORP SHARES

NWT Uranium Corp. has exercised its warrants in NWM Mining Corp. The warrants were exercised at 10 cents per share, entitling NWT to receive 7.5 million common shares of NWM.
