THE RULE FAMILY TRUST ACQUIRES SHARES & WARRANTS OF NWT URANIUM CORP.

The Rule Family Trust has acquired control and direction over 140,000 common shares representing 0.11 per cent of the outstanding shares of NWT Uranium Corp. of Toronto, Ont. The shares were purchased through the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of 19.84 cents (U.S.) per share. The trust now has control and direction over a total of 12,647,000 common shares representing 10.03 per cent of NWT's outstanding common shares. The company's joint actor acquired the shares for investment purposes. Presently, the trust and its joint actor do not have any intention of acquiring any further securities of NWT but may acquire ownership of or control over further securities in the future depending upon market circumstances.

The trust has filed an early warning report with the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario securities commissions in respect of the acquisition. Copies of the report may be obtained from SEDAR or without charge from the trust.
