NEVADA CLEAN MAGNESIUM INC. ENGAGES ZIMTU CAPITAL CORP.

Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. has engaged Zimtu Capital Corp. of Vancouver, B.C., for corporate consulting services to NCM.

Zimtu is to provide business development, strategic planning, marketing, financial services, and research and communication products to the company, as well as access to its co-operative marketing programs. The term of the contract is a monthly fee of $5,250 for 12 months.

"With Zimtu's expertise in assisting companies, we are confident that the exposure of our magnesium project will reach out to the domestic and international investing communities in a professional and consistent manner," stated Ed Lee, chief executive officer and director of the company.
