At the request of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada on behalf of the Canadian Securities Exchange, Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. is confirming that its management is not aware of any corporate development, any other development or any undisclosed material change to the company or its operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity other than the acquisition of S.R. Haddon Industries Ltd. and the possible change of its business direction announced on July 7, 2015.
