The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a securities purchase agreement dated Nov. 2, 2015, between Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. and Chi Hemp Industries Inc. (Marco Paul Pimentel and Agnieszka Katerzyna Wojdyla), whereby the company can acquire all of the outstanding shares of Chi Hemp Industries. Consideration is $75,000 cash and 319,148 shares of the company. Additionally, the vendors will receive 12 per cent of gross revenues relating to Chi Hemp Industries for a period of one year from closing.
