NATURALLY SPLENDID AND FULL SPECTRUM MUTUALLY EXTEND DUE DILIGENCE PERIOD

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. and Full Spectrum Laboratories Ltd. (FSL) have mutually agreed to extend the due diligence and exclusivity periods under the letter of intent (see news release dated Oct. 7, 2014) to Nov. 30, 2014. The purpose of the extension is for the parties to continue their due diligence and to formalize the terms of the proposed licence agreement.
