NOMAD VENTURES INC. ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF PALISADE CAPITAL CORP. FOR INVESTOR RELATIONS

Nomad Ventures Inc. has entered into an investor relations agreement with Palisade Capital Corp. Under the investor relations agreement, Nomad has agreed to pay a monthly consulting fee of $6,000 and will issue options to purchase 100,000 common shares of Nomad at a price of five cents per share. The options are subject to the vesting provisions and the terms and conditions of Nomad's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Pursuant to the company's non-brokered private placement announced on Oct. 24, 2014, Palisade has subscribed for one million common shares at price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of $50,000. Palisade Capital Corp., as an independent consultant, will provide financial market consulting services to the company including introducing Nomad to Palisade's network of brokers, private investors and portfolio managers. Palisade will also be preparing corporate presentation materials, and handling Nomad's public and media relations. Collin Kettell, the chief executive officer and principal of Palisade, will be primarily responsible for providing the services to the company. Palisade is a merchant-banking group headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Palisade offers strategic consulting services to public and private companies looking to expand their corporate footprints and attract new international investment. The investor relations agreement, which is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, is for a period of six months and, at the option of Nomad, may be renewed for an additional six-month term. Nomad may terminate the investor relations agreement on providing 10 days written notice to the other party.
