Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated Oct. 1, 2015, and Oct. 2, 2015, the company has applied for a resumption to trading, the company having announced the termination of the proposed transaction on Oct. 29, 2015.
Effective at the opening on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, shares of the company will resume trading.
