Mr. Brent Johnson reports
BCSC AND TSX REGULATORS BREAK THE LAWS OF CANADA,
FAVOURING BARRICK AGAINST MOUNTAINSTAR AT PASCUA (CHILE)
Mountainstar Gold Inc. is informing the public, the
RCMP integrated market enforcement teams, Canadian financial markets and the regulatory agencies of the company's legal title position
regarding the richest gold, silver and copper mine on the planet.
Location 1
The location is asserted by a declaration under oath at trial and injunction C1912-2001. The declaration was
provided by Gonzalo Nieto Valdez stating the Amarillo Sur "was the area of greatest geological interest" to the
Pascua Lama project.
Location 2
On page 2 of the 1997-2016 Tesoros titles, the expert land surveyor cites, "This property is located where the
exploration works of the Mina Pascua project of Minera Nevada SA have taken place, and there is visible
mineralization outcropped in the ground."
The Tesoros titles are in the name of Jorge Rodrigo Lopehandia.
Location 3
On all Amarillo Sur (1996) concessions, the UTM areas are located over the Mina Pascua project sold by Lac
Minerals to Barrick in 1994.
The business between Barrick and Lac Minerals has always been solely related to the salts and nitrate
concessions, namely the Amarillos 1 al 3,000 (1978-2016). The business of MSX with Mr. Lopehandia has always
focused on the right to mine the contained gold, silver and copper pertinent to the company's contracted areas that
encompass the Pascua project of Barrick in Chile.
The B.C. Securities Commission, the Toronto Stock Exchange and Barrick have relied on the hopes that they
could defeat the court injunction C1912-2001 at the Supreme Court level in Chile, where all parties have failed
twice.
The company has been informed by its Chilean lawyer, Juan Guillermo Torres Fuentealba, that the most recent
defeat suffered by the CDE (Chilean government) opens the door for calling national and international witnesses
to the live proceedings. These proceedings should be completed in the next 30 days in Chile and 45 days for all
Canadian guests of the Chilean judicial system. These individuals will have to declare and be deposed.
The company is pleased to release copies of the Tesoros titles, and to release copies of the Amarillo Sur
certification of domain both in the name of Mr. Lopehandia.
In closing, the BCSC, the TSX and Barrick have attacked Mountainstar unlawfully and without legal evidence.
