The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 500,000 bonus shares to the following insiders pursuant to the company's amended and restated share bonus plan that was approved by shareholders on Dec. 3, 2007, for the discovery of an orebody, as disclosed in the filing of the company's technical report (43-101) on Sept. 21, 2012.
