MORGUARD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES DECEMBER 2014 DISTRIBUTION OF 8 CENTS PER UNIT

Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of eight cents per unit for the month of December, 2014. The distribution will be payable on Dec. 31, 2014, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 15, 2014.
