MORRO BAY ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Elmer Stewart has resigned from the board of directors of Morro Bay Resources Ltd., with the resignation taking effect as of March 31, 2015. Mr. Stewart is resigning his position for personal and business reasons. John Zang, president and chief executive officer, stated: "We would like to sincerely thank Elmer for his time and dedication to Morro Bay. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
