The NEO exchange has received confirmation of the closing of an arrangement involving Mount Logan Capital, Marret Resource, B.C. Partners Investment Holdings Ltd. and 2640847 Ontario Inc., as described in Mount Logan Capital's management information circular dated Sept. 4, 2018.
