PURCHASE OF COMMON SHARES OF MATCH CAPITAL RESOURCES CORPORATION

On April 15, 2014, Daryl Hodges purchased 1,714,473 common shares in the capital of Match Capital Resource Corp., which represents approximately 19.9 per cent of the total currently issued and outstanding common shares of MCRC.

Upon completion of the acquisition, Mr. Hodges will hold a total of 1,714,473 common shares of MCRC, which represents a 19.9-per-cent interest in MCRC on a non-diluted basis.
