The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 61,375 common shares in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement effective Oct. 10, 2014, between the company and an arm's-length party.
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
