MINNOVA CORP. EXTENDS MATURITY DATE OF PROMISSORY NOTES

Minnova Corp. has extended the maturity date of its outstanding promissory notes, which were originally announced in the company's news release dated March 28, 2013. The company and the noteholders have agreed to extend the maturity date to March 31, 2015.
