Maple Peak Investments Inc.'s capital pool company (CPC) prospectus dated July 28, 2014, has been filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange, and each of the British Columbia and Alberta securities commissions, effective July 30, 2014, pursuant to the provisions of the British Columbia Securities Act. The common shares of the company will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on the effective date stated below.

The company intends to complete its initial distribution of securities to the public. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering will be $300,000 (three million common shares at 10 cents per share).
