Lupaka Gold Corp.'s warrants will expire at 4 p.m. (Vancouver time) on June 28, 2014, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The exchange reports that since June 28 is a Saturday, the company's warrant agent will accept subscription instructions until 4 p.m. (Vancouver time) on Monday, June 30, 2014. The TSX will delist the warrants at the close on June 30, 2014. One warrant entitles the holder to buy one Lupaka share for $2.25.

The TSX reports all trades in the warrants completed on June 25, 2014, will be for special settlement on June 27, 2014. All trades completed on June 26 and June 27, 2014, will settle on the next business day in cash. All trades completed to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) on June 30, 2014, will settle on the same day in cash.
