Inspira Financial Inc. has promoted Rodrigo Mera as chief financial officer in advance of a potential sale of its billing company.

Mr. Mera has been a financial director for over 17 years in health care. He has a proven record of helping companies grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Mr. Mera has been an instrumental member in building financial infrastructures and standardizing accounting procedures.
