LIFESTYLE DELIVERY SYSTEMS CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

On Sept. 14, 2017, the inspection approval of CSPA Group's facility by the fire department of San Bernardino county was submitted to the City of Adelanto as the final requirement in the certificate of occupancy process. On Sept. 18, 2017, Richard Kerr, the Mayor of Adelanto, handed Jerry Davis, president of CSPA Group Inc., and Brad Eckenweiler, chief executive officer of Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc., the certificate of occupancy.

"All of us involved in this project owe the City of Adelanto, the city council, the San Bernardino Fire Department, Gabriel Elliot, the city manager, Jessie Flores, head of business development for Adelanto, and the Mayor of Adelanto, Richard Kerr, a sincere debt of gratitude for their unwavering support and for the countless hours and their tremendous efforts in seeing this monumental task to its successful conclusion," Mr. Eckenweiler stated. "The COO represents an approval to extract, distill and manufacture at the highest, most complex levels of formulation available. We believe this facility will produce quality products at the highest level of purity in the safest laboratory environment possible." The approval of the facility in Adelanto, Calif., will allow LDS Scientific's (a subsidiary of LDS) team to begin operations on behalf of CSPA Group this week. The company will be adding to the website a number of pictures of non-proprietary areas of the extraction laboratory in the facility for its shareholders.
