LIBERTY ONE ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Liberty One Lithium Corp. has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and officers of the company to purchase up to 2.25 million common shares in the capital stock of the company pursuant to the company's share option plan. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of 44 cents per share and will expire on April 27, 2022.
