IMPERUS ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Imperus Technologies Corp. has granted a total of 10.71 million stock options under its stock option plan, of which 5.8 million options were granted to its officers and directors and 4.91 million options were granted to certain employees and consultants. A total of 3.5 million options granted to an officer and an employee will vest in tranches, with two million options vesting immediately, one million options vesting after 12 months and 500,000 options vesting upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria. All other stock options vest immediately. All options are exercisable at a price of 38 cents per option for a period of five years from the date hereof. This grant of options is subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to additional shares to be reserved under the stock option plan.
