IMPERUS MOBILE INSTALLS INCREASE OVER 40% FROM Q4 2014

Mobile installations for Imperus Technologies Corp.'s social games, developed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Diwip Ltd., have grown dramatically in 2015. Largely due to the successful launch earlier this year of the Best Casino Social Slots title for both Android and iOS, mobile installs in the first quarter have increased over 40 per cent compared with fourth-quarter 2014. As a result, mobile installs have now eclipsed desktop installs, representing more than 55 per cent of the total installs for the first quarter of 2015.

Best Casino Social Slots was launched on Google Play and the iOS App Store in early first-quarter 2015, obtaining high ranks on both platforms, and it now accounts for nearly 50 per cent of the total mobile installs for the company. Other Best Casino-branded games available for mobile download include Best Poker, Best Bingo and Best Video Slots. All of Diwip's games are free to play and generate revenue primarily through the in-game sale of virtual coins.

"This is a major milestone for the company and is proof of the growing opportunity to target mobile users," stated Daniel Kajouie, chief executive officer of Imperus. "We have a team with a track record of launching and monetizing successful freemium games in a desktop environment and we strongly believe in the potential to grow revenues as we launch these games onto mobile platforms. Looking forward, we expect increased mobile traction from the recently released Slots Club app featuring unique social functionality, as well as from Bingo Trip, which was soft launched on Facebook recently with strong early success."

In addition, Imperus announces that it will be launching its latest Facebook desktop success, Bingo Trip, for Android and iOS in the second quarter of 2015.
