Isis Lab Corp. intends to change its name to Imperus Technologies Corp. The name Imperus Technologies has been selected to reflect the company's direction and corporate strategy as a premier, on-line gaming company. To facilitate the name change, the company has taken various steps, including, but not limited to, securing domain names, corporate names and trademarks associated with the name Imperus Technologies. The change of name is subject to regulatory approval.
