The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with the plan of arrangement between Bison Gold Resources Inc. and Klondex Mines Ltd. Pursuant to the arrangement, Klondex will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Bison by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement. Shareholders of the company will receive 0.1242 of a common share of Klondex for each common share of the company held.

The exchange has been advised that approval of the transaction by the company's shareholders was received at the special meeting of the shareholders held on Oct. 11, 2017.
