KINCORA ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES

Kincora Copper Ltd. issued 210,000 shares on May 11, 2018, at a deemed price of 25 cents per share to certain directors, officers and service providers on account of services rendered during the period beginning Oct. 1, 2017, and ending Dec. 31, 2017.

The shares are subject to a four-month hold period expiring Sept. 12, 2018.
