KINCORA SETTLES ACCRUED INTEREST

Further to the news release of Oct. 22, 2015, Kincora Copper Ltd., subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, will settle the accrued interest on the $2.5-million convertible note issued as of Oct. 21, 2015, to Origo Partners PLC by the issuance of postconsolidation shares of Kincora at 30 cents per share.

The accrued interest to date, at 8.7 per cent per annum on the principal of the convertible note, totals $168,040.98, resulting in the issuance of 560,137 shares.
