The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a metal purchase and sale agreement dated May 22, 2018, between Electric Metals Streaming Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cobalt 27 Capital Corp., and Ramu Nickel Ltd., whereby Cobalt 27 will acquire a nickel-cobalt stream over the Ramu nickel-cobalt mine in Papua New Guinea in exchange for a $113-million (U.S.) upfront deposit.
