JAGUAR ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Jaguar Resources Inc. has appointed Terry O'Connor, of Red Deer, Alta., to the board of directors.

Mr. O'Connor has over 50 years of oil and gas experience; he owns Terraco Group, based in Red Deer, Alta. Jaguar is looking forward to having Mr. O'Connor on the board, with his wealth of knowledge of the oil and gas industry. Jaguar will announce another board member shortly and a financing.

The appointment of Mr. O'Connor is subject to regulatory acceptance.

The company also announces the resignation of Donald Wright from the board of directors. Mr. Wright will continue as an adviser to the board and will continue to work with the board. Jaguar is grateful for all his contributions and continued work in the future.
