The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation to extend the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  1.7 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 29, 2013, extended to Nov. 29, 2014

New expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 29, 2015

Exercise price of warrants:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement, including a total of 3.4 million shares and 1.7 million warrants, which was accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange effective on Jan. 10, 2013.
