LOTUS UNIT FINANCING OVERSUBSCRIBED FIRST TRANCHE CLOSED FOR $2,263,500

Lotus Ventures Inc. has closed the first tranche of the $2-million private placement announced on July 20, 2017. Due to investor demand, the offering was oversubscribed and exceeded the initial maximum. Lotus has issued 7,546,500 units at 30 cents per unit as described in its news release of July 20, 2017, for gross proceeds of $2,263,500. Lotus will be doing a second closing and has filed with the Canadian Securities Exchange to increase the amount.
