The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the temporary reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants:

Number of warrants:  11,516,667 warrants

Expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 25, 2018

Original exercise price of warrants:  15 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  10 cents until July 18, 2017 (The exercise price returns to 15 cents after July 18, 2017, and remains at 15 cents until expiry.)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 23,033,334 shares with 11,516,667 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 15, 2017.

The TSX Venture Exchange has also consented to the temporary reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants:

Number of warrants:  4.85 million warrants

Expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 17, 2017

Original exercise price of warrants:  40 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  10 cents until July 18, 2017 (The exercise price returns to 40 cents after July 18, 2017, and remains at 40 cents until expiry.)

These warrants were issued by the company as replacement warrants in lieu of warrants received in a private company financing and issued in conjunction with company's reverse takeover transaction which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 24, 2016.
