The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 23,153 shares at a deemed price of 49 cents in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Jan. 18, 2016, as amended April 6, 2016. The share issuance relates to services provided in September, 2016.
